Our History and Milestones

Foundation and Early Years (1971 - 2000)

Our company was laid on its foundations in 1971 as a sole proprietorship operating in bodywork and pickup truck bed manufacturing. Adding trailer manufacturing to its production range in the following years, our company strengthened its own manufacturing processes by investing in its first press brake and guillotine shears in 1975. Evaluating the changing market conditions parallel to the rapid development in the automotive sector, our company subsequently focused on sheet metal sales, cutting-bending services, and semi-finished product manufacturing for industrialists.

Institutionalization and Facility Expansion (2001 - 2006)

The year 2001 marked the completion of our incorporation process as an indicator of our institutionalization vision, and the company took the title of Önder Metal Makina İnşaat San. Tic. A.Ş. In the same year, we moved to our new 1000 m² headquarters and started the construction of a factory on a 20,000 m² area to establish the region's most advanced sheet metal processing facility. With these facilities completed in 2004, the region's highest capacity technological machine park, enabling the processing of high-strength and wear-resistant steels, was commissioned in 2006.

Technological Breakthrough and Import Process (2007 - 2012)

As of 2007, direct importation of sheet metal from the world's leading producers began, and a special storage facility was established for these products. In the same year, the bending of huge sheets, crane booms, and chassis became possible with the investment in the region's largest press brake (14 meters long). Transitioning to laser cutting technology in 2010, our company entered the field of welded manufacturing in addition to cutting and bending, adopting a "turnkey" production model. With investments made in 2011 and 2012 (such as the ESAB ALPHAREX 7000), our machine park became the strongest and most equipped line in the region.

Export-Oriented Growth and Integrated Production (2013 - 2020)

Following international fair participations, our company realized its first export in 2013 and turned its route to global markets. Investments were made in robotic systems, precision welding tables, and test equipment to increase welded manufacturing quality. Focusing entirely on exports from 2016 onwards, our company concentrated on the production of critical parts such as mobile crane booms and trailer chassis. Thanks to the sandblasting and paint shop facilities established in 2018 and the machining workshop operational in 2019, we started offering our customers finished products—painted, machined, and ready for assembly—rather than semi-finished goods.

Future Technology and Current Outlook (2021 - Present)

From 2021 onwards, full automation was adopted in production, increasing the number of welding robots, laser cutting, and machining equipment. A new facility investment was made in the Çumra Organized Industrial Zone in 2023, and the establishment of the P&D (Product Development) Center was completed in late 2024. At the beginning of 2025, another first was achieved in Turkey with the commissioning of the FPT brand double-column machining center.

Today, operating in a total area of 50,000 m² with over 300 expert personnel—including 60 white-collar and 250 blue-collar employees—and an annual turnover of 50 million Euros, our company continues to work and grow to produce higher quality work, provide employment, and proudly represent our country's name globally.
